About Guerrero Shop
Located at 5804 S Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78745, Guerrero Shop operates as a tire shop serving Austin in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Austin, a plug or patch repair usually takes under half an hour without an appointment, while a full set of tires with alignment is best booked ahead. Compare the out-the-door price across shops in Texas, since installation fees vary more than the tires themselves. Keep the receipt: the tire warranty and any road-hazard coverage are tied to it. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop handles truck or trailer tires, and its Google rating before you drive over on a spare.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 8 am–7:30 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Guerrero Shop at (512) 645-0566; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.
Its Google rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 389 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
Austin is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Austin is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Highly recommend this place! I got 2 nails in my tire on a Saturday night, and didn’t want to wait until Monday for a commercial shop. I came on Sunday morning, and got a used tire for 80, and a new one for 160. I replaced two, I figured since I was already here I may as well replace one fully since it was basically bald 😂. I came with my brother in law since I know nothing about cars, but even so I feel like we got fair prices and good service. It’s good if you’re in a pinch. I’d come back for sure

Fast & affordable service and chill employees :) Bring cash or use atm at the convenient store next door to get cash . 80 bucks usually gets you back on the road in 20 mins or less.

Was ok place till now. Tire I bought a tire (90$ is a bit much for a used boss) and it's losing air. Don't know if it's because one of the guys was struggling to put it on the rim, which it struck awareness to see, or just gave me a defect tire. Either way I won't be coming back after witnessing that performance that was pretty sad to see lol

They did really good work, had spacers that messed up and it wasn’t there problem and still made sure to come where we were to fix and told us to go back to the shop to check all four tires out and did a really great job!

As a woman and a single mother, it’s already hard enough trying to find a mechanic I can trust. I don’t have money to waste, and I expect honesty but that’s not what I got here. I was charged $80 for a used tire, and the worst part? It wasn’t even the tire they showed me they were going to replace! Total scam. Mentiras. If you’re a woman, especially a single mom like me — RUN. Don’t let them take advantage of you. There are honest mechanics out there, literally down the road, but this is not one of them.
